What counts as an 'interview'?
Each candidate interview session counts as one interview, regardless of how many interviewers participate. For example, if you coordinate a panel interview with 4 interviewers for 1 candidate, that's 1 interview.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change plans at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What if I go over my interview limit?
You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, we'll email you to upgrade. Your service won't be interrupted, but you'll need to upgrade to continue using the platform.
Do you offer refunds?
We're currently in beta with free access. Once we launch paid plans, we'll offer refunds within 30 days if you're not satisfied.
